多同性源激发极化法的出现与应用,是激发极化法在方法的上的突破,但与之相适应的预报仪器是制约该方法的瓶颈。通过基于MSP430逆变、整流以及逆变整流控制模块实现4路可控输出,采用FPGA实现对电压、电流的4路同步采集与信号传输,设计量程自动切换模块与软硬件相结合的信号去噪方法,实现多同性源激发极化超前地质预报仪的设计;对设计预报仪的信号采集精度与运行稳定性进行室内定性与定量实验。结果表明,该仪器能够达到工程探测的准确性、实用性与可行性要求。
Appearance and application of multi-electrode source induced polarization is a breakthrough of induced polarization method. However, forecasting instrument is a bottleneck of this method. Using MSP430-based inverters, rectifiers and an inverter control module to implement 4-way controllable rectifier output, using FPGA to achieve the voltage and current 4-channel synchronous acquisition and signal transmission, designing automatic range switching signal denoising module and combining software with hardware, a geological prediction device was designed, and its signal acquisition and operational stability indoor were tested qualitatively and quantitatively. The results show that the device meets the requirements of engineering detection accuracy, practicality and feasibility.
