Given the seasonal commodity, regarding newsboy model as archetype and Stack- elberg game as analysis method, and from two aspects of enterprises purchasing one and more kinds of productions, this papers studies inventory model under financing through Financing- Transportation-Warehouse（FTW） and enterprises repaying load. And when purchasing more kinds of productions, the papers discussing the questions according to purchasing order and whether original capital is over plus. Finally giving numerical examples to show availability of conclusions .
