Securities Investment Fund is an important part of capital market and the most significant institutional investors in capital market.Fund has become an important tool for investor to invest securities.The fund＇ s asset management has become the important financial services.Securities investment funds can effectively improve the structure of the stock market investors, help stabilize the stock market and promote the healthy development of securities markets. This article illustrates the reference of foreign securities investment fund and analyzes the development process in Vietnam, and puts forward some suggestions.
