本文提出了一种基于CCD技术测量激光散斑干涉条纹的有效方法。采用激光双曝光散斑干涉法记录复合材料试件形变的信息,利用CCD及自编的图像处理软硬件来测量干涉条纹间距,从而得出复合材料的微小形变量。与传统的测量方法相比,精度有了很大的提高。实验结果表明,本文提出的对于复合材料形变的测量方法是快速而有效的。
This paper presents a new method to measure the deformation of composite material based on CCD technique. Firstly, double-exposure speckle interferometrial technique was used to record the micro-deformation information of composite material. Secondly, the fringe pictures were collected into computer by CCD. Thirdly, real space between fringes could be acquired. As a consequence, we could get the micro-deformation of the composite material. Compared with the traditional methods that space between fringes was measured artificially, the precision of the new method is developed greatly. The results of the experiment indicated that the new method of measuring the deformation of composite material was speedy and efficient.
