In China many people don＇t know what is the Japanese elderly care, and even many pension professional researchers, have the word ＂elderly care＂ simple equivalent to China＇s traditional ＂nursing＂. Understanding to know that the reason why Japan will endowment enterprise has developed to the point where such perfect today, largely thanks to the elderly care to protect the welfare of the professional development and personnel.
