According to the data of urban construction land of Xining City in 2008,the urban parcels was selected,the corresponding appraisal index system was chosen,the index weight was made sure and the integrative evaluation model was built up,the land use intensive degree of each urban parcels was figured out by the integrative evaluation method,and its evaluation result was analyzed.The result showed that the intensive level of industrial land use was the highest,followed by residential land,the intensive level of commercial land use was the lowest in Xining City.
