士气具备“复杂性、情感性、难以预期性”,传统作战模拟仿真方法较难提供能体现复杂相互作用的士气模型,故而作战中士气难以反映,难以评估。引入社会学理论对士气进行分析,从士气的产生和传播的机理入手,将系统动力学与多Agent建模方法结合,提出一种混合仿真研究作战士气的方法:微观上,使用多Agent建模方法反映作战中个体的相互作用及对士气的影响过程;宏观上,使用系统动力学方法反映作战对抗过程中战术心理战手段对士气及对作战整体的影响。并基于Netlogo构建混合仿真实验平台,平台中微观和宏观层面的实验数据可以相互利用,结论互相照应,便于探索作战中的士气规律,是解决作战中士气难以建模、难以评估问题的有效方法。
Morale has the nature of complexityemotionality and unpredictability.It is difficult to construct a model of the morale that can reflect the complex interaction using traditional simulating method of operation.As a resultmorale in the combat is hard to be explored and evaluated.This paper researches the morale from the sociology theoryincluding its generation and propagationand proposes a hybrid simulation method that combines System Dynamic (SD) with MultiAgent System (MAS) method.MicrocosmicallyMAS method is used to reflect the interaction among fighters and the course of affecting morale:MacrocosmicallySD method was used to reflect the influence of the tactical psychology on morale and whole war in the countercombat process.Moreovera hybrid simulation experiment platform based on Netlogo is proposedso that microscopic and macroscopic experimental data and conclusion can be utilized mutually.It is beneficial to the research on laws of the morale in war and solve the modeling and evaluating of the morale in combat.The experiment shows that it is an effective method.
