网络导向在创业研究中逐渐受到学者们的关注,但鲜有研究对其维度及测度问题进行研究。本文基于网络导向的前沿文献,从新企业网络演进实践出发,通过内容分析等定性研究精炼出网络导向的维度与测量指标。而后利用问卷调查法通过定量研究对新企业网络导向的测量量表进行了检验。研究结果发现,新企业网络导向可分为网络思考、网络建构、网络关注、网络开放性四个维度,可反映不同维度的测项一共有19项。本研究在理论上深化了网络导向相关研究,丰富了创业网络相关理论,在实践上也为中国新企业思考网络价值、关注网络关系建构并提升组织内部网络开放性等一系列创业行为提供了借鉴。
Network orientation attracts constant attention from scholars in entrepreneur-ship research,but few researches focus on its dimensions and measurement.Based on frontier literature of network orientation and the practice of new venture network evolution, this pa- per refines the dimensions and measurement of network orientation through qualitative re- search like content analysis.Then it tests the measurement scale of new venture network ori- entation through quantitative research based on questionnaires. The results show that net- work orientation can be divided into four dimensions, namely network thinking, network con- struction, network focus and network openness, with 19 items to test the dimensions above- mentioned.It theoretically deepens network orientation research, enriches entrepreneurial net- work theories, and also provides references for a series of entrepreneurial behavior of Chinese new ventures in practice such as thinking network values, focusing on network relationship construction and increasing the openness of internal networks within organizations.
