Based on the Debye state equation and the phase equilibrium equations of helium-3, a computer program for calculating the thermodynamic properties of helium-3 has been developed. Based on a series of calculations, the p-h and T-s graphs of helium-3 have been plotted in the range of temperature from 0.2 K to 300 K and pressure from 0. 000 1MPa to 30 MPa. Compared with the p-h and T-s graphs (0.2 K to 20 K) plotted based on the experimental data before, the new graphs are based on the thermodynamic theoretical calculation and provide a broader temperature scope of application. The overall random errors of these two graphs are within 2%.
