目的:通过电针刺激胃缺血再灌注大鼠足三里穴,观察电针对缺血再灌注状态胃组织中E选择素表达的影响。方法:采用正常组、胃缺血再灌注组(对照组)和电针刺激病理模型组,使用免疫组化方法分别观察电针足三里穴前后3组胃组织中E选择素的表达。结果:(1)对照组大鼠胃组织,E选择素表达面积较正常组大鼠的有显著升高(P〈0.01);(2)电针组大鼠胃组织,E选择素表达面积较对照组的均有所降低,但是没有统计学差异;(3)电针组胃组织,E选择素表达面积与正常组比较有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论:电针刺激足三里穴在胃缺血再灌注过程中对胃黏膜组织的微血管和毛细血管内皮细胞的E选择素表达有减少的趋势。
Objective:In order to Electroacupuncture Zusanli point(ST-36) in gastric ischemia-reperfusioned rats,observing the influence of electroacupuncture to the E-selectin expression in gastric tissue on ischemia-reperfusion state.Methods:The models were divided into three groups:The normal group、the gastric ischemia-reperfusion group (control group) and the pathological model of electro-acupuncture stimulation group;The immunohistochemical methods was used to observe the effects of electro-acupuncture Zusanli points before and after gastric tissue E-selectin expression in the three groups.Results:(1)The areas of E-selectin expression of the gastric tissues of the contrasted group have an increasing tendency Significantly than the normal group(P 0.01).(2)The areas of E-selectin expression of the gastric tissues of the electro-acupuncture group have decreased compared with that of the contrasted group.(3) There is a significant statistical difference between the E-selectin expression between the electro-acupuncture group and the normal group(P 0.01).Conclusion:The E-selectin expression of endothelial cells in the microvascular and capillary vessels in the electro-acupunctured group has a decreasing trend during the course of gastric ischemiareperfusion than the control group by electro-acupuncture Zusanli point(ST-36).
