为确保按质定价市场环境下分布式发电系统的竞争力和建设积极性,将CO2排放强度量化并纳入电能质量综合评估指标中.提出一种基于集对分析原理的评估方法,引入联系度并采用隶属度函数从同、异、反三方面描述电能质量指标与状态等级的不确定性.采用层次分析法确定权重,并结合置信度准则和评分准则进行电能质量有序分割类不同状态等级及同一质量等级优劣性的属性识别.算例表明,所提出的评估方法显著提高了评估结果的合理性和精细性.
The emission intensity of CO2 is quantified and taken into the comprehensive power quality assessment indices to ensure the competitive ability and enlargement initiative of distributed generation system in power market.An assessment method based on set pair principle is proposed,which introduces the connection degree and adopts the membership functions to describe the uncertainty between the power quality indices and the state levels from three perspectives:identical,discrepant and contrary.The hierarchical analysis method is applied to determine the weight coefficients and the confidence criteria and scoring criteria are combined to identify the superiority-inferiority attribute of ordered power quality partitions for different state levels and every quality level.Case study shows that,the proposed assessment method improves the rationality and delicacy of assessment results significantly.
