采用高效液相色谱测定了龙眼胚性愈伤组织体胚发生过程中内源多胺含量的变化.结果表明:龙眼胚性愈伤组织中内源多胺含量比非胚性愈伤组织高;体胚发生过程中内源多胺含量变化趋势大致呈“M”状,在胚性愈伤组织Ⅱ和球形胚阶段转折;内源多胺含量的变化先于形态学的变化.
The changes of the contents of endogenous polyamines of synchronic materials at different developmental stages in somatic embryogenesis were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in longan. The results showed that the levels of endogenous polyamines in embryogenic calli were higher than those in non-embryogenic calli; the changes of endogenous polyamines in the process of somatic embryogenesis approximately showed an "M" curve during embryogenic callus Ⅱ and globular embryoids; the content of polyamines was the 2 turning-point stages in the changes of endogenous polyamines in somatic embryogenesis ; the changes of endogenous polyamines were earlier than those of morphogenesis.
