匹配层技术是提高压电超声换能器性能的重要方法,获得宽带、高灵敏度超声换能器是换能器领域研究者的目标。该文以KLM模型为基础对换能器进行建模,得到换能器性能的评价函数。利用参数扫描法得到了单层匹配层的最优参数。计算表明,匹配层厚度比声阻抗率对匹配效果影响更大;匹配层材料的声衰减对换能器性能有负面影响。根据优化结果,实际制作的以水和聚苯乙烯为工作介质的2.5 MHz换能器,-6dB带宽分别达到了94.3%和100.8%。
The matching layer technology is an important method of improving the periormance ot transducers. To make the band wider and the sensitivity higher is the researchersrgoal. For obtaining the evaluation function to characterize the performance of the transducer, the model of the transducer is established based on the KLM model. By using parameter scanning method, the best parameters of the matching layer are obtained. Itrs demonstrated that the thickness of the matching layer influences the transducer more than the impedance, and the attenuation of the matching layer has negative impact on the performance of the transducer. On the basis of the optimization result, a 2.5 MHz transducer is fabricated, whose working media are water and polystyrene. The --6dB relative bandwidth reaches to 94.3% and 100.8% respectively.
