目的观察蛇毒因子(CVF)缺损补体对疫苗诱导的抗肿瘤免疫的影响。方法用CVF分别在抗原的致敏期和免疫的效应期缺损补体,抗原OVA加完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)联合免疫C57BL/6小鼠,14d后接种E.G7肿瘤细胞,评价补体缺损效果,观察肿瘤出现时间,记录小鼠肿瘤大小。结果OVA+CFA免疫的正常小鼠,在肿瘤接种14d内能完全抑制肿瘤生长;抗原致敏期缺损补体,肿瘤接种21d内能完全抑制肿瘤生长;免疫效应期缺损补体,肿瘤出现的时间与OVA+CFA免疫的正常小鼠相似。结论抗原致敏期补体缺损可能有利于抗肿瘤免疫。
Objective To observe the influences of complement deficiency on antitumor immune effect induced by vaccine. Methods Complement deficiency was induced by CVF injection during the antigen priming phase and the immune effector phase, respectively. C.57BL/6 mice were inoculated with antigen OVA plus CFA for 14 days, and then E. G7 tumor cells were inoculated. Complement deficiency was evaluated; occurrences of tumors were observed; tumor volume was recorded. Results Tumor growth was completely inhibited within 14 days in normal mice inoculated with OVA plus CFA, within 21 days in complement-deficient mice during the antigen priming phase. Tumor growth in complement-deficient mice during the immune effector phase was similar to those in normal mice inoculated with OVA plus CFA. Conclusion Complement deficiency during the antigen priming phase may be helpful in anfitumor activity.
