英文摘要：

The differences among the regions usually can not be only resorted to the differences of factor endowment. Unique system, social structure and culture of the region are also important to long-term economic performance. Buliding a regional industrial network becomes an option to get rid of core-periphery mode. Based on this, the article attempts to analyze the building and the evolution mechanisms of regional industrial networks in order to probe the main force in the progress of regional industrial networks.
