目的介绍近年来动态动力学拆分(dynamic kinetic resolution,DKR)过程中外消旋化方法的发展。方法检索近几年关于DKR的文献31篇,从外消旋化方法、催化机制及其应用对文献进行综述。结果阐明了典型催化剂的催化机理;总结了外消旋化方法的发展历程,并介绍其新的进展。结论 DKR是制备光学纯化合物的有效方法,将更多地应用于药物及精细化合物的生产中,具有广阔的发展和应用前景。
Objective To review the research progress on racemization methods employed in the dynamic ki- netic resolution (DKR). Methods Based on the mechanisms and the applications of racemization reagents, more than 30 recently published papers about the dynamic kinetic resolution progress were searched and summarized. Results The catalytic mechanism of classical catalysts was elucidated; the development of race- mization methods and its recent progress were introduced. Conclusions DKR is proved to be an effective method in the preparation of enantiomerically pure compounds, which is of broad prospects in the manufac- ture of pharmaceutical and fine chemicals.
