在问卷调研的基础上对转型期我国劳资关系协调措施机制进行实证研究.利用SPSS软件分析调研数据,得到转型期我国劳资关系的基本状况.进而,构建结构方程模型,探讨诱导产生劳资合作行为的影响因素和协调措施.
Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper empirically studies labor-capital relations coordination measures mechanism during the period of economic transition in our country. It analyzes the basic situation employing descriptive a- nalysis of survey data using SPSS software. Then, it constructs the structural equation model, in order to explore the influen- cing factors and coordination measures that induces labor-capital cooperation behavior.
