节能减排下的经济可持续增长是可持续发展理论的重要研究课题,为此将耗竭性资源和环境污染问题纳入内生经济增长模型,并运用最优控制方法研究稳态的经济可持续最优增长路径.讨论模型的平衡增长解,并在平衡增长解的基础上,进一步探讨实现经济可持续最优增长路径的必要条件,即消费跨期替代弹性、人力资本积累效率与时间贴现率之比应满足一定的动态关系.通过对影响经济可持续增长的变量进行比较静态分析和模拟检验发现,消费跨期替代弹性、时间贴现率、人力资本积累效率、物质产品部门和研发部门的产出弹性、污染的产出和控制弹性对稳态下的经济增长率、污染排放增长率和资源消耗速度产生一定影响.
Based on R&D resources and environment endogenous economic growth model, control to obtain the optimal economic this paper presents a model with exhaustible growth path solutions. Moreover, the prerequisites to sustainable optimal growth path are discussed based on these solutions. It is found that through the comparative static analysis of variables and numerical simulation test, consumption intertemporal substitution elasticity, time discount rate, human capital accumulation efficiency, output elasticity of product sector and R&D sector, pollution output elasticity, and pollution control elasticity have effects on stable growth rate of economy, pollutant emissions and resource consumption.
