英文摘要：
This paper considers dual-channel supply chain optimal decision and coordination mechanism under determined demand and random demand.The research results show that the Nash equilibrium solutions of pricing exist and a perfect coordination mechanism between manufacturer and retailer is presented,i.e.pricing contract under manufacturer＇s guidance.The results of numerical examples verify that the contract can achieve perfect coordination.The distribution function,uncertainty and customer channel preference are also analyzed.
