基于中国科学院在基础研究领域参与发表的文本数据,借助社会网络分析方法刻画了中国科学院在该领域的产学研合作网络特征,并通过回归方法进一步探究了该特征对中国科学院基础研究绩效的影响。通过网络分析发现中国科学院与企业合作的强度远低于与大学合作的强度;中国科学院与国内大学合作的强度大于与国外大学合作的强度,而中国科学院与国外企业的合作强度大于与国内企业合作的强度;随着时间的推移,中国科学院与企业、大学之间的合作规模不断扩大。通过回归分析发现中国科学院与企业、大学合作越紧密,以及中国科学院在产学研合作网络中扮演的角色越重要,都有益于其基础研究绩效的提升。本文的研究为更加全面地了解中国科学院—企业—大学的产学研合作特征与影响提供了新的依据,为支撑中国科学院的"率先行动"计划的实施以及国家创新驱动发展战略的相关决策提供新的参考。
Based on the literature data of Chinese Academy of Sciences( CAS) in the basic research field,the characteristics of collaborative networks that consist of CAS,industry and university in the basic research are depicted by network analyses,and the impact of that network characteristics on the research performance of CAS in the basic research is further revealed by regression analyses. The network analysis shows that the collaboration between CAS and industry is much weaker when compared with that between CAS and university; the CAS – domestic university collaboration is much stronger than the CAS – foreign university collaboration,while the CAS– foreign industry collaboration is more active when compared with the CAS – domestic industry collaboration; the collaboration among CAS – Industry – University had been continually expanding as time went on. The regression analysis shows that the closer cooperation among CAS – Industry – University as well as the more important role that CAS plays in the collaborative networks can significantly help in boosting CAS’basic research performance. This article not only provides the foundation for gaining insight into the collaborative characteristics of CAS – Industry – University and their influences,but also offers some new reference for the implementation of "the First- action Plan"in CAS as well as the decision- making on the national driven- innovation development strategy.
