为了监测轧环机在轧制过程中的振动状况,利用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW中的信号采集、分析模块,结合压电式加速度传感器、信号适调仪、数据采集卡和工控机等硬件,开发出轧环机振动监测与分析系统。该系统具有对设备的振动信号进行滤波、时域和频域分析,读取和保存文件数据等功能。利用其对立式轧环机的运行过程进行振动监测。实验结果表明:该系统具有良好的人机交互界面,运行速度快、成本低,有较强的可扩展性。
In order to monitor the vibration of ring rolling mill in the rind rolling process, this paper developed the vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the ring rolling mill,it adopted the signal acquisition and analysis modules of LabVIEW, and used hardware such as acceleration sensors, signal conditioner, data acquisition card and industrial computer. The system can filter the signal, do analysis in time domain and frequent domain, read and save the data files. The system was used to supervise the vibration of the vertical ring rolling mill. The results show that the system has a friendly man-machine interaction interface, high running speed,low cost and high scalability.
