基于齿轮的精确建模对数值仿真精度的巨大影响,采用APDL-MALTAB的参数化建模编程技术,通过对齿廓曲线的精确推导,建立了比较精确的齿轮模型。从齿根最大弯曲应力和齿面变形两个方面对所建模型进行数值仿真,通过对照经验公式的计算结果,模型的精度得到了有效的验证。该建模方法为在有限元数值仿真中精确建立具有复杂曲面的几何模型提供了一种较好的思路,同时也对数值仿真精度的提高具有一定的意义。
Based on the considerable effect of gear's precise modeling on numerical simulation,and by using APDL-MATLAB parametric modeling approach,a comparatively precise gear model is built by deducing tooth profile curve exactly.Gear root max-bending stress and tooth compliance are simulated and in contrast with the results of experiential formulas,model precision is validated.A conclusion can be drawn: a new thread can be provided by APDL-MATLAB parametric modeling approach in creating an exact and complex curved surface model used in finite element numerical simulation;it can also help raise numerical calculation accuracy.
