The role transposition teaching method was applied in medical microbiology course.The results of the questionnaire showed that most of the students were interested in this kind of teaching method.The method could help the students to improve several kinds of capacity,and also enrich the teaching methods for medical microbiology course.But the shortcomings of this method should be considered when it is used.
