目前高职院校“双师型”教师职前人职容易,职中发展不足,职后缺乏规划。终身教育理论作为一个前瞻性的、成熟的教育理论,对“双师型”教师的终身发展极具指导意义。应从保障制度、激励制度、职称晋升制度、职后培训制度四个维度,为“双师型”教师的终身发展进行制度设计。
Currently the Double Type Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges is low in the entry requirements, lack of planning development during the occupation, lack of lifelong planning for the post. Lifelong education theory is a forward-looking, mature educational theory which has great significance for the lifelong development of Double Type Teacher. The paper carries out four respects from security system, incentive system, job promotion system, training system after the occupation for lifelong development of Double Type Teacher.
