针对循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程中主汽压力和炉床温度强耦合的控制难点,提出了基于单神经元自适应控制(PSD)和模糊神经网络的智能解耦控制系统.对循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统在不同负荷(50%和100%)工况下的仿真结果表明,该控制方案成功实现了主汽压力和炉床温度的解耦控制,当燃烧对象操作范围发生较大变化时,该方案具有较好的控制品质和较强的自适应能力.
Aiming at solving the control difficulty of circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB), which is close coupling relationship between main steam pressure and bed temperature, an intelligent decoupling control scheme based on single neuron PSD control and fuzzy neural network was proposed. Combustion system simulation results under different load(50% and 100%) show that, this control scheme has successfully realized decoupling control between main steam pressure and bed temperature, and when combustion objects operational range vary greatly, it has better control performance and stronger adaptive ability.
