Based on the fuzzy evaluation theory and the hierarchy analysis method,this paper constructs an evaluation index system and risk evaluation model of investment and financing of an urban rail transit project.Then by taking Metro Line 2 of the Changsha City for example,we comprehensively introduce the method of Fuzzy AHP into the investment and financing risk evaluation of the urban rail transit.The evaluation results can provide reference for risk control in the investment and financing of the urban rail transit.
