目的探讨八味沉香散对过氧化氢(H2O2)所致乳鼠心肌细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用。方法 SD乳鼠心肌细胞原代培养,H2O2诱导心肌细胞氧化应激损伤,用不同剂量藏药八味沉香散处理24 h后,测定培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的含量;同时检测培养液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果八味沉香散可明显减轻H2O2所致乳鼠心肌细胞培养液中LDH、CK和CAT的释放量,同时能够升高SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA活性。结论八味沉香散对H2O2所致乳鼠心肌细胞氧化应激损伤有明显保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Tibetan Bawei Chenxiang Powder on oxidative stress injury in cardiomyocytes of neonatal rats induced by H2O2. Methods H2O2 was used to induce oxidative stress injury in primary cultured cardiomyocytes of neonatal rats.The content of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),muscle Kinase(CK),catalase(CAT) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in culture medium were detected after treated by Tibetan Bawei Chenxiang Powder for 24 hours. Results The content of LDH,CK,CAT in culture medium decreased obviously and activity of SOD,GSH-Px increased but MDA decreased at the same time. Conclusion Tibetan Bawei Chenxiang Powder contributes protective role in oxidative stress injury in cardiomyocytes of neonatal rats induced by H2O2.
