Logistics park is a business of renascence in our country, many provinces and economic central cities put forward programming and constructing some logistics parks in their developing planning of district logistic. The evaluation of investing benefit in logistics park is an important content in the program- ming of logistics park. This paper evaluates benefit of investment about the programming of logistics park, according to many input and many output of the programming of logistics park, in order to find out noneffective planning projects of investment, and turn them into effective projects.
