目的探讨细胞周期蛋白Cyclin-D1和Cullin-1在鼻咽癌及癌前病变组织中的表达及意义,同时对比它们在鼻咽癌及癌前病变组织中的表达水平,比较二者的分布情况,找出其差异性及相关关系。方法应用免疫组化检测CyclinD1和Cullin-1蛋白在40例鼻咽癌和20例鼻咽部癌前病变中的表达。结果 Cyclin-D1在20例分化型鼻咽癌、20例未分化型鼻咽癌和20例鼻咽癌前病变中的平均阳性表达率为75%、73%和47%,平均阳性表达值分别为(2.11±0.43)、(1.81±0.68)、(1.15±0.56);Cullin-1在20例分化型鼻咽癌、20例未分化型鼻咽癌和20例鼻咽癌前病变中的平均阳性表达率分别为76%、77%、54%;阳性表达值分别为(1.63±0.7)、(1.62±0.68)、(1.15±0.64)。两种细胞周期蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达均高于癌前病变,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对20例分化型鼻咽癌标本CyclinD1、Cullin-1阳性表达值进行相关关系分析,两者显著相关。结论 CyclinD1和Cullin-1均参与了鼻咽癌的发生、发展过程,两种蛋白因子在细胞周期调控中有关系需要进一步验证。
Objective To detect the expression of CyclinD1 and Cullin-1 in the tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and precancerous lesion and elucidate the relationship between them. Methods Immunohistoechemical methods were taken to detect the expressive activities of CyclinD1 and Cullin-1 in the NPC tissues taken before treatment among 40 patients with this tumor,and 20 precancerous lesion patients.At last,an analysis was made to see the relationship between the expression of these protein. Results The positive expression rates of CyclinD1 in the tissues of differentiated carcinoma,undifferentiated carcinoma and precancerous lesion were separately 75%,73% and 47%,the value were 2.11±0.43,1.81±0.68,1.15±0.56.The positive expression rates of Cullin-1 in the tissues of differentiated carcinoma,undifferentiated carcinoma and precancerous lesion were separetely76%,77%,54%,the value were 1.63±0.7,1.62±0.68,1.15±0.64.To analyze the expression of Cyclin-D1and Cullin-1 in 20 differentiated carcinoma,the coefficient of correlation was not notable. Conclusions Both CyclinD1 and Cullin-1 involved in the development of NPC.
