为实现更优化的器件电流应力、更广范围内实现软开关,针对双有源桥双向变换器,该文提出一种基于高频交流升降压的统一多变量控制策略。提出一种多变量求解的方法,并给出相应的计算流程和相关的控制框图。给出变压器变比和电感值的设计方法,并分析器件的电流应力。从器件电流应力、对控制变量潜力的挖掘程度和软开关范围3个方面,比较基于高频交流升降压控制策略与双移相控制策略控制下的双有源桥双向变换器的性能。实验结果验证了所提控制方法优良。
In order to realize more optimized current stress of switches and soft switching in wider range, this paper proposed a unified high-frequency AC buck/boost (UHFBB) control strategy for dual active-bridge bidirectional converter (DAB-BDC). A multi-variable solving method was proposed and the calculation flow chart was given, which is the basis of the closed-loop control. The design method for variables of transformer turns ratio and the inductor value was shown. The current stress for switches was analyzed based on the optimized inductor value. The performance of the DAB-BDC was compared under UHFBB and DPS control strategy from the switch current stress, excavating the potential of the control variables and the range of soft switching. The analysis was verified by the experimental results from a 500W prototype.
