针对含油废水COD含量高、可生化性差等特点,采用两段式曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺对陕西某油田经过滤后的含油废水原水进行处理,考察了BAF在不同气水比、不同COD进水浓度、不同水力负荷以及不同的水力停留时间等工况运行的效果,对影响曝气生物滤池系统好氧段运行效果的主要因素和抗冲击负荷能力进行了试验研究和理论分析,确定了最佳工况。
With an aim at such characteristics as high COD contents of oil wastewater and poor biodegradability, the two block type of Biological Aerated Filter (BAF) technology is adopted to carry out the treatment of oil wastewater via filtration from a certain oilfield in Shaanxi province in this paper. Also the effect of industrial operating conditions of BAF technology is investigated in the case of different gas-water ratios, different COD incoming water concentration, different hydraulic loading and different hydraulic staying time, and the in-depth experimental study and theoretical analysis are made of the major factors affecting the operating behaviors in the aerobic system stage and anti-shock loading capability whereby the optimal industrial conditions are determined.
