采用厌氧/好氧交替式生物滤池工艺,对低碳磷比的模拟生活污水进行生物除磷。随运行时间的延长,培养出含有高比重聚磷菌的生物膜,具有高效聚磷和除磷功能,其生物膜含磷量最高达110mg·^-1,厌氧最高释磷达65mg·L^-1,最优出水TP质量浓度为0.4mg·L^-1。通过不同方法分析生物膜特性,探讨了不同运行阶段下生物滤池中富含聚磷菌生物膜的分布特性及其中聚磷茵特性。
The study was carried out in an alternating Anaerobic/Aerobic biofilter system, treating the synthetic municipal wastewater of low carbon to phosphorus ratio(C/P). With the extention of operation time, the biofims with high PAOs content were cultivated in the biofilter, which possessing high capacity of phosphorous storage and removal. The phosphorous content of the biofims attained to 110 mg·g^-1, the highest anaerobic released phosphate was around 65 mg·g^-1, and high quality effluent (TP =0.4 mg·g^-1) was achieved. The characteristics of the biofilm, developed in the reactor, were evaluated in different ways to exhibit the distribution of the biomass and the characters of PAOs in the biofilm under different operation stages.
