针对混合动力汽车的应用特点,提出了一种新型定子永磁式双转子电机。该屯机具有无级变速功能,能实现混合动力汽车内部机械功率和电功率的组合分配,在不同路况下确保内燃机的高效运行。建立了该定子永磁式双转子电机的数学模型;研究制定了该定子永磁式双转子电机的控制策略;对该定子永磁式双转子电机在混合动力汽车应用中多种典型工况下的工作模式进行了仿真分析;研制了一台额定功率为2kw的定子永磁式双转子电机实验原理样机。仿真和实验结果表明:该定子永磁式双转子电机可以实现电启动、混合驱动和纯电动运行模式,验证了电机结构及其数学模型的正确性和控制策略的合理性,为该电机应用于混合动力汽车的进一步研究奠定了基础。
This paper presents a stator-permanent-magnet double-Rotor ( SPM - DR) machine for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). This machine worked as a continuously variable transmission. It can combine and distribute the mechanical power provided by the ICE and the electrical power provided by the battery. With a SPM - DR machine the ICE can be always at the highest efficiency speed while the vehicle runs at any conditions. In this paper, the mathematic model of the SPM - DR machine was set up. The control strategies were studied and the multi operational modes of the SPM - DR machine in HEV applica- tion were analyzed and simulated. A 2kW SPM - DR machine prototype was manufactured. The SPM - DR machine can perform electric starting, hybrid drive and pure electric drive modes. The simulated and experimental results validate the correctness of the mathematical model and the control strategy, which is helpful to further studying the SPM -DR machine used for HEV.
