In this paper, the Ztt^- productidn cross section and the relative correction are calculated first in the left-right twin Higgs （LRTH） model at the Large Hadron Collider. The results show that the relative correction of the Ztt^- production cross section is significant in the allowed parameter space. Then the new production channel of ZTt^- is estimated, and it is found that the ZTt^- channel has a sizable production rate when the scale f is not too high. The study of these two processes mentioned above can provide some theoretical guidance to test the LRTH model.
