通过1H NMR分析手段,研究了客体N-苄基联吡啶三氟甲磺酸盐与主体二苯并-24-冠-8在溶液中的包合行为.研究结果表明,主-客体在溶液中形成1∶1的超分子包合物,且具有准轮烷式几何构型,其缔合常数为12.3 L/mol.
The complexation behavior of the guest N-benzyl 4,4′-bipyridinium triflate with the host dibenzo-24-crown-8 in solution was investigated by the method of 1H NMR spectra.The obtained results show that a pseudorotaxane-like supramolecular complex with a 1∶1 stoichiometry occurs in solution,and the association constant between the host and guest is 12.3 L/mol.
