为了对禾叶山麦冬(Liriope graminifolia(Linn.)Baker)进行植物化学和药理活性的研究,应用现代色谱技术对禾叶山麦冬植物的化学成分进行了提取分离,应用HR-MS、1H NMR、13C NMR、1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC和NOESY技术对分离得到的4个化合物进行了结构确证。4个化合物分别鉴定为:(25S)-ruscogenin 1-sulfate-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1)、(25S)-ruscogenin 1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2)、橙皮苷(hesperidin,3)和4',7-二羟基-5-甲氧基二氢黄酮(4)。其中化合物1为一个罕见的具有27个碳原子骨架结构的新的甾体苷硫酸酯类化合物,并对K562细胞及HL60细胞具有显著抑制作用。
An unusual novel C27-steroidal glycoside sulfate was isolated from the underground organs of Liriope graminifolia(Linn.) Baker with three known compounds.Their chemical structures were determined by spectral analysis,including HR-MS,1D and 2D NMR as(25S)-ruscogenin 1-sulfate-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1),(25S)-ruscogenin 1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2),hesperidin(3),and 4',7-dihydroxy-5-methoxyflavanone(4).Compound 1 has cytotoxic activities against K562 and HL60 cells with IC50 values of 18.6 μg-mL-1 and 16.5 μg-mL-1,respectively.
