采用过氧乙酸对4种主要养殖鱼类进行急性毒性试验,测试了过氧乙酸对小瓜虫幼虫和不同发育阶段包囊的杀灭效果。结果显示:过氧乙酸对斑点又尾鲴、草鱼、奥尼罗非鱼,鲫鱼的安全浓度依次为1.73、3.00、3.57、5.20mg/L。过氧乙酸在浓度为6.250mg/L时,0.5h即能杀死全部小瓜虫幼虫;在1.562mg/L时,1h即能杀死全部幼虫。过氧乙酸对不同发育阶段的包囊都具有一定的杀灭效果,当过氧乙酸的浓度为6.250、3.125、1.562mg/L时,刚脱落的包囊的死亡率依次为75.63%、45.60%、25.60%,脱落2h的包囊的死亡率分别为64.23%、46.32%、20.20%,脱落10h的包囊的死亡率分别为65.86%、35.07%、10.20%。因此,过氧乙酸在较低的浓度范围内对小瓜虫的幼虫和包囊具有一定的杀灭效果。
An acute toxicity test of peracetic acid to four major species of cultured fishes was carried out, and the killing effects of peracetie acid to theronts and tomonts in different developmental stages of lchthyophthirius multifiliis were studied. The results showed that toxicity of peracetic acid was difference in four major species. The safety concentration (SC) was 1.73 mg/L for lctalurus punctatus, followed by 3.00 mg/L for Ctenopharyngodon idella. 3.57 mg/L for Oreochromis niloticusxO, aureus, and 5.20 mg/L for Carassius auratus, respectively. The mortality of theronts exposed to 6.250 mg/L peraeetic acid was 100% by 0.5 h, whereas exposed to 1.562 mg/L resulted in 100% mortality by 1 h. There were significant killing effects of peracetie acid to tomonts in different developmental stages. Peracetic acid at concentrations of 6.250, 3.125, 1.562 mg/L resulted in 75.63%, 45.60%, 25.60% mortality of the newly released tomonts respectively. However, peracetic acid at the same concentrations resulted in 64.23%, 46.32%, 20.20% mortality of tomouts settled for 2 h and 65.86%, 35.07%, 10.20% mortality of tomonts settled for 10 h, respectively. These results suggested that peraeetic acid was toxic to theronts and tomonts of L multifiliis at low concentrations.
