英文摘要：
The paper brings forward the new point of view in the knowledge leaming field. The paper investigates how a firm＇s external linkages have impact on its innovation performance of high-tech industry cluster. By the use of information fusion method, this paper establishes the knowledge integration and innovative model of industry cluster in developing countries. The basic hypothesis is that with the co-existence of high levels of both internal and external linkages, finns can extract more value for advanced innovative performance.
