依据湖北省农村能源供应和消费情况,建立了沼气能、秸秆能和太阳能建设的系统动力学模型,对2008~2028年的湖北省农村能源建设进行了动态模拟。通过比较在改变投资结构、改变投资规模等投资方案下生态环境效益的变化,得到了较优的投资方案;指出了采取提高农户接纳程度,增强技术支撑能力等措施能有效增强农村能源建设综合效益。
Based on the current conditions of rural energy in Hubei province,a system dynamic model of the new energy gained from biogas,straw and solar energy was built and then simulated between the years of 2008 and 2028.By comparing the investment structures and investment scales,the superior investment formula was obtained.The measures of improving the household acceptability and technology supporting were also pointed to effectively increase the comprehensive benefits in rural energy construction.
