Facing the growing subject services, Northeast Agricultural University Library had built a framework of agricultural institutions subject librarian service system based on the original subject services, to explore the specific methods and processes to establish the content of the services file, learning and summarizes the relevant subject service quality evaluation standard, while planning the establishment of an agricultural colleges subject information retrieval services platform.
