为了减小一台3相6/4极开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,研究了一种改变定子极面和附加转子极靴的设计方案,提出了一种基于克里金插值技术与遗传算法相结合的优化算法,即利用均匀采样得到的采样点构造克里金插值曲面,再用遗传算法进行寻优。根据不同变异函数对克里金插值准确性的影响,采用遗传算法对球状变异函数模型进行了参数估计,同时为了提高优化算法的运行速率,提出了设计空间局部逐步细化克里金插值曲面的自适应加密优化策略。通过解析算例验证了所提出算法的有效性,并实现了开关磁阻电机减小转矩脉动的优化设计。
In order to reduce the torque ripple of a 3-phase 6 /4 switched reluctance motor(SRM),a new design that the shape of stator pole face was changed and the rotor pole face was attached by a pole shoe was developed.An optimization strategy employing Kriging model and genetic algorithm(GA) was proposed,i.e.A Kriging response surface was constructed using uniformly sampling points,then the GA was used to find the optimal point.The effect of different variant functions on the interpolation accuracy of Kriging model was also discussed,and a parameter estimation method of coupling the GA into the sperical-shape variogram function was studied.In order to improve the computation efficiency,an optimization strategy was proposed by inserting more sampling data into local design space adaptively so that Kriging response surface was reconstructed iteratively.The optimization computation of an analytic test function shows the validity of the proposed algorithm.And then,the opimal design of SRM of which the torque ripple is greatly redued is carried out by the proposed optimization method.
