采用ISSR分子标记技术对吉林省9个骨干玉米自交系进行了聚类分析。结果表明:全部供试自交系均可获得清晰、可辨且多态性丰富的谱带;根据聚类树分析,在相似系数0.28处,可将它们分为4个类别:Ⅰ类Mo17、吉842、龙抗11、1037;Ⅱ类铁7922和M67;Ⅲ类吉818和吉853;Ⅳ类444。这种划分基本与供试自交系的血缘系统相一致,因此ISSR是一项适于对玉米自交系杂种优势群进行划分的有效分子标记技术。
Nine key maize inbred lines from Jilin province were clustered based on the ISSR molecular marker technique. Results indicated that: clear, detectable and abundant polymorphism bands were ob- tained in these tested inbred lines; According to the cluster tree, 4 groups, namely Ⅰ cluster: Mo17, Ji842 and Longkang11 ; Ⅱcluster: Tie7922, M67; Ⅲ cluster: Ji818 and Ji853; Ⅳ cluster: 444 were obtained from them which were primarily identical with their origin system. Therefore ISSR is an available molecular marker technique for grouping maize inbred lines.
