利用递归分析及定量递归分析研究了水声信号的非线性特征.在计算正弦、随机和洛沦兹3种典型信号递归图的基础上,对2种实际舰船信号的递归图进行了定量分析,并和它们的关联维数进行比较.结果表明:定量递归分析的特征参数与混沌特征参数具有一定的联系,利用定量递归分析的特征量作为特征参数可以对舰船信号进行有效地识别和分类.这一结果对于进一步开展水下目标信号的识别、分类研究具有重要参考价值.
The nonlinear features of an underwater acoustic signal were explored based on recurrence plot (RP) and recurrence quantification analysis (RQA). After calculating recurrence plots for the sinusoid, Gaussian distributed random noise, and Lorenz chaotic signal, the recurrence plots of radiated noise from two types of ships were studied quantitatively. Compared with their correlative dimensions, the quantitative features from RP exhibit a certain relationship with the chaotic features of the signal. Using these quantitative features, it is possible to identify and classify different types of ships. The research results will be helpful in the further study of underwater acoustic signals.
