主动配电网中分布式电源渗透率的提高和运行方式的复杂性可能引起保护拒动、误动或重合闸失败等问题,为此提出了一种适用于主动配电网的保护方案。该方案基于故障电流正序分量和参考相量的相位比较构造了故障方向判据,可快速准确地定位故障区段,并由此实现故障点上、下游保护有选择性地配合动作。考虑到实际应用中系统误差的存在,通过引入泛化角提高了故障方向判据的鲁棒性。该方案只需要故障后电流信号,可减少电压互感器的装设,且保护配合只需要传输闭锁信号和跳闸信号,可降低对通信的要求。最后通过对不同类型故障的仿真,验证了该方案的有效性。
Since the increased penetration of distributed generation and the operational complexity ofactive distribution network may cause the improper operation and reclosing failure of protections,a protectionscheme is proposed for it,which constructs the fault direction criterion based on the comparison between thepositive-sequence fault current and the reference phasor to quickly and accurately locate the fault zone andthen realize the selectively cooperative actions of the upstream and downstream protections. Due to thesystem error,the generalized angle is adopted in the actual application to enhance the robustness ofdirection criterion. Since this scheme needs only the post-fault current information,less voltage transformersare installed. As the cooperation between protections needs only the transmission of blocking signal and tripsignal,the demand of communication is reduced. The efficiency of the proposed scheme is verified by thesimulations in different fault conditions.
