目的研究长春花(Catharanthus roselts)中的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶、Rp-18、Sephadex LH-20等多种柱色谱对长春花体积分数95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化常数和波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从长春花中分离鉴定了22个化合物,分别为熊果酸(1),胡萝卜苷(2),四氢鸭脚木碱(3),7理-羟基田-谷甾醇(4),文多灵(5),β-谷甾醇(6),auran-tiamide acetate(7),洛柯定碱(8),齐墩果酸(9),阿吗碱(10),(22E,24月)麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(11),白桦脂酸(12),豆甾醇(13),槲皮素(14),山柰酚(15),文多尼定碱(16),长春质碱(17),异橙黄胡椒酰胺乙酸脂(18),利血平(19),panarine(20),蛇根碱(21)和16R-E-isositsirikine(22)。结论化合物4,7,11,13,18,20为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Catharanthus roseus. METHODS Various column chroma- tograghic methods on silica gel, Rp-18, and Sephadex LH-20 were applied for the isolation and purification of the 95% ethanol extract. The structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Twenty-two compounds were obtained and identified as ursolic acid (1), daucesterol (2), tetrahydroalstonine (3), 7α-hydroxy-β-sitosterol (4), vindoline (5),β- sitosterol (6), aurantiamide acetate ( 7 ), lochnericine ( 8 ), oleanolic acid ( 9 ), ajmalicine ( 10), (22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,22-dien- 3β,5α,6β-triol (11), betulinic acid (12), stigmasterol (13), quercetin (14), keampferol (15), vindorosine (16), catharanthine (17), diaaurantiamide acetate (18), reserpine (19), panarine (20), serpentine (21), and 16R-E-isositsirikine (22). CONCLU- SION Compounds 4, 7, 11, 13, 18, and 20 are isolated from C. roseus for the first time.
