目的:检测冠心病(CHD)及冠心病合并糖尿病(DM)患者血浆中profilin-1、晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)的水平,并进一步探讨其临床意义。方法:入选89例研究对象,其中对照组27例,CHD组31例,CHD合并DM组31例。空腹采集外周静脉血,采用ELISA法检测血浆profilin-1与RAGE水平;收集一般临床资料及常规生化指标,根据Gensini积分系统计算冠状动脉(冠脉)狭窄程度。结果:①CHD组和CHD合并DM组患者血浆profilin-1及RAGE水平以及Gensini积分明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),CHD合并DM组更为明显(P〈0.05);②血浆profilin-1水平与RAGE水平呈正相关(R2=0.716 1,P〈0.05),血浆profilin-1、RAGE水平与Gensini积分呈正相关(R2=0.749 4、0.842 4,P〈0.05)。结论:CHD合并2型DM患者血浆profilin-1与RAGE水平明显高于单纯CHD患者,且profilin-1与RAGE水平与Gensini积分呈正相关,提示血浆profilin-1与RAGE水平可在一定程度上反映冠脉狭窄程度。
Objective.. To investigate the levels and possible clinical significance of profilin-1, receptor for ad- vanced glycation end products (RAGE) in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and CHD companied with diabetes mellitus (DM). Method: A total of 89 patients were enrolled in this study including 27 individuals in control group, 31 individuals in CHD group and 31 patients in CHD + DM group. Plasma levels of profilin-1 and RAGE were determined by ELISA, and the degree of coronary stenosis was calculated according to the Gensini scoring system. Result:①Plasma levels of profilin-1, RAGE and Gensini scores were significantly higher in CHD or CHD + DM group than those in control control (P〈0.05), especially higher in CHD+DM group. ②The levels of profilin-1 were positively correlated with the levels of RAGE or Gensini scores (R2=0. 716 1, 0. 749 4, both P〈0.05), plasma levels of RAGE were also positively correlated with Gensini scores (R2=0. 8424, P〈0.05). Conclusion.. The levels of profilin-1 and RAGE in patients with CHD and DM are significantly higher than those with CHD, and the levels of profilin-1 and RAGE are positively correlated with Gensini scores, suggesting that the levels of profilin-1 and RAGE may reflect coronary artery stenosis to some extent.
