用NaCl溶液作为渗透胁迫剂的Hongland溶液模拟盐胁迫环境,测定厚藤盐胁迫下相关生理指标。研究表明厚藤是一种耐高盐植物,盐胁迫下呈现出的抗盐生理机制主要有:随着盐浓度的升高,可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白以及Na^+/K^+升高.膜透性增加;随着胁迫时间的延长,游离脯氨酸含量下降,Na^+的吸收促进了K^+离子的吸收,Na^+/K^+增大缓慢,电导率下降。
Railroad vine ( Ipomoea pescaprae ) was cultivated in Hongland solutions with different levels of NaCl concentration, and a number of physiological characteristics of the Railroad vine were tested and compared. The results showed that Railroad vine was a high salt - tolerant plant, and the mechanism of salt resistance included two aspects. Firstly, when the concentration of NaCl was increased, soluble sugar, free proline and soluble protein were accumulated, Na^+/K^+ was ascended and the penetrating of cell membrane was enhanced in the leaf. Secondly, when the time of salt stress was prolonged, the concentration of free proline and electrical conductivity declined, the absorption of Na^+ accelerated the absorption of K ^+ and the Na^+/K ^+ increased gradually.
