实验教学是高校学生培养的一个重要环节,实验教师能力高低是搞好实验教学的重要保证和前提基础。文章旨在现行的教师评价基础上,考虑实验教师的特殊性,引入教学理论、实践能力、熟练度、创新意识等指标,借鉴"开根乘十"的经典处理案例,提出了一种将贡献值反映到幂次上的实验教师能力柔性评价系统。结合计算机化处理简化成绩处理过程,系统载体采用Excel,实现方式简单,维护方便,安全可靠,不需要VBA编程;并借鉴游戏中的升级模式,以所见即所得的方式直接在实验室大屏幕上展示,使得新进实验教师及时了解自己平时掌握情况以及将会对最终培训成绩产生的影响,充分调动了新进实验教师的培训积极性。
Experimental teaching plays a very important part in the cultivation of students' practice abilities in universities. However, the improvement of the competence of experiment teachers is an important guarantee for experimental teaching. This paper aims at putting forward a more scientific and flexible performance evaluation system of pre-job training for experimental teachers based on the consideration of the particularity of experiment teachers. This system enables new experiment teachers to know the influence of the knowledge they grasp during pre-job training on the eventual result of the training, which fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of new experiment teachers in pre-job training.
