溴代阻燃剂是普遍存在的一类环境污染物,包括多溴联苯醚、四溴双酚A、六溴环十二烷和十溴二苯乙烷等,在环境与生物体中均有检出。由于其具有环境持久性、长距离迁移性及生物富集性,对溴代阻燃剂的环境影响研究已经成为环境领域的热点之一。该文对溴代阻燃剂的来源、环境污染水平、毒理学效应进行综述,并提出了建议采取的溴代阻燃剂控制措施。
Brominated flame retardants(BFRs), including polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs), tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA), hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD) and decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE) and so on, are ubiquitous environmental pollutants that can be detected from both creatures and environment. Brominated flame retardants have become one of the environmental research hotspot because of its environmental persistence, long-range transport and bioaccumulation in organism.This paper reviewed the sources, environmental pollution levels and toxicological effects of BFRs. BFRs control measures should be taken to relieve the potential harmful impact on human beings.
