用“铆钉法”制备了界面为曲面的Al-Cu二元扩散偶,将扩散偶于真空退火炉中在不同工艺条件下进行热处理:利用彩色金相、显微硬度测试方法对扩散偶界面区域进行了观察测试。结果表明,Al-Cu扩散偶在500℃下保温25~125h和520℃下保温25~100h的热处理条件下界面形成了厚度均匀的扩散层,扩散层包括3个亚层:在520℃下保温125h时界面扩散层靠近Al基体一侧形成共晶组织,并迅速向Al基体内部扩展;扩散层的显微硬度明显高于Al、Cu基体,说明形成了脆性的金属间化合物。
Al-Cu diffusion couples with curving interfaces were prepared by mechanical method. The heat treatments of diffusion couples were carried out at 500 -600℃ for 25 -125 h in vacuum annealing furnace. The interface zones were researched by means of color metallograph and microhardness. The results show that, at 500℃ for 25-125 h and at 520 ℃ for 25-100 h, the microstructure with diffusion characters appears in the interface of Al-Cu diffusion couples, and has uniform thickness and three zones. At 520℃ for 125 h, a eutectic microstructure appears by the side of aluminum. And the eutectic structure expands to aluminum rapidly. The values of microhardness at diffusion zones are much higher than copper and aluminum, which shows that they should be brittle intermetallic compounds.
